Our fearless leader, Lindsey Kurowski, has been bringing spaces that connect, surprise, and inspire to life for over a decade. She started on the shop floor — running a table saw, hauling lumber, and even driving her own freight when a shipping partner couldn’t make a deadline.

With a successful career in event production, design-build, and boutique hotel renovation, Lindsey brings a one-of-a-kind perspective to every project. You may recognize her from her TV shows Inn the Works and Motel Rescue on HBO Max and Magnolia Network.
